Assault witu a Cabuagk. Mrs. Fogarty, who keeps a gin mill at No. 4 York street, appeared before Justice Voorhtcs, this morning, and complained that Miss Josephiuc Rowe had committed an assault upon her by striking her on the head with a cabbage. It appears that Josephine has a weak nesa for gin, but hasn't always the money to pay for It. Yesterday, she wanted to run her face for some with Mrs. Fogarty, but that lady wouldn't come into the arrangement, upon which the fair Josephine picked up a cabbage and pitched it through the window, hitting her oil the head. A warrant was issued for Josephine's arrest.
