Sec. 2 Iu case the owner or owners of the said lots pieces or parcels of ground, shall not comply with the first section hereof, withiu twenty days after tiie first publication ol this Ordiuunce, the Street Commissioner Is hereby directed to advertise for proposals fur doing the necessary work fur complying with this Ordinance, aud he shall rejiort ttm said proposals to the Common Council, to the end that tiie Coiiimou Council may direct a coutruct to bo made for doing the said work, at the expense of such owner or owners. Notice shall be given to all persons affects by this Ordluauce, by publication hereof iu the Corporation Newspapers for ten successive days, imd the advertisement for proposals, as aforesaid, shall be published in such newspaper! for ten successive days.
